Hi everybody,

after going through your forum for a while and reading the DANDR I felt ready to start...but here the first problem:

- maybe it is because I live in Uk and i do not know this measure but how many oz are in a CUP (referring to salad obviously) i have been looking for a conversion but found only referred to liquid.

please :help:

8 ounces in a cup. Just get a pint glass and fill with salad mix-no stuffing though

Hi Ruri! Welcome to the forum!!

A cup refers to size, this webpage will help: http://www.practicallyedible.com/edible.nsf/convert!openform

Or I would recommend buying a set of cups. Something like this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000AQZW0/kelkoo-2004-handg-21/ref%3Dnosim/026-8946330-0605255

Good luck! Let me know if you need any advice, I'm in London too!!

Google is my friend :)

Remember you didn't get fat from too much lettuce-the cup is a approximate measurement for salads.

I am always amazed at the amounts of water people drink-til I realized they were talking different measurements.
