Not new to LC, but this looks like a good site to learn more. My head is swimming a bit from all the forums.

On me:
37 years old, live near Charlotte, married, 2 kids, 2 dogs. I run, play basketball when I get a chance, lift weights some. Hit about 228 a couple years ago. Made it down to 178, now at 189. Been off and on Atkins for 2 years.
