Does anyone feel like they have bad breath? I always feel like i need to chew gum. Will this go away?

That is a side effect of ketosis. I just drink lots of water and keep Sweet Breath drops at my desk and in my purse.

Be careful with too much gum as it still has carbs. Welcome to ketosis.

I find it helps for me to swish mouthwash in the shower...yep...you heard me. :lol: I use a smaller amount but if I'm in the shower for 15 minutes...I'm swishin' away the whole time. Seems to help...

Breath strips have no carbs, sure do help with that god awful ketosis taste ! :lol:
