ok I'm so new to this , :p I did low carbs back in the 70s,its been a while but I need to do this I have low blood sugar and to much carbs makes me depressed :help: I see a plan thats good for me so I will go on it today,i have so much reading to do,i cant believe I found this sight,is it as good as it sounds I sure hope so,going to work now I will check back later janet,by the way hello everyone.nice to be here too. :wave:
