I am looking forward to my first phase in the Atkins Diet. I have made a decision to get tru it (with prayer). I am open to any suggestions, tips, encoragement or motivation. Here I go! :)

Welcome! Just stay away from fake foods( bars etc) and you'll do great!

I 2nd what Rodmick said, stay away from Atkins bars. I was eating Atkins bars daily and I stalled. I stayed at 274, with no inches lost for almost 4 weeks. Once I stopped eating them the weight began to go down.

thanks for the info on Atkins bars-----I will be more careful.
