I started doing Atkins summer 2004, with an original weight of 230lbs. At the beggining of the new school semester i weighed roughly 180lbs. I stopped doing the diet basically because it became hard for me to find low carb food at school. I noticed that I didn't really gain that much weight, now I weigh around 190, but I have a 24% body fat (mainley around the middle section.) I'm starting again to get that percentage down. Oh and i'm 16 and 6"-ish.

Congrats on what you've done so far!! As with any diet.. you have to eventually think of it as a WOL (way of life) instead of just a diet. You eat more carbs than you burn and you store them up!
