I just found this amazing board and have been looking around. I look forward to meeting some like-minded people along the way :wave:

I'm a married 30-something(okay, late 30-something) lady, no kids, one dh, and one puppy dog. I can't wait for the great feelings that low carb has always brought me. As one might have suspected, this is not my first run on Atkins. Why, oh why did I leave? :help:

Guess I better go start a journal so I can be one of the cool people ;)
