my name is marianne. I am starting atkins today. I have done atkins in the past, and did fairly well on it. I have gained all of my wt. back (plus some), and am ready to get back on the program. Please wish me luck ! :wave: -

Good luck Marianne. I had the same trouble with gaining all my weight back when I went off the plan but it is coming off again (albeit slowly).
