Hey, fellow low-carbers!

Been doing the lc/atkins eating plan for two weeks...lost 15 pounds and a lot of inches. I'm pretty excited about finding a DIET that doesn't starve me to death. I'm glad to be here...just looking for recipes and support.

Hi! I'm new here too. Just joined a few days ago, and I love it! There is so much info. here, that it seems like it will take forever to read all of it! One good way to get support, is to start a journal. It's free, and a good way to get to know people here. Congrats on the weight loss! :wave:

Hey girl... as a former (but long-time) Wyomingite... I just wanted to welcome you. I lived in Douglas most of my life. I used to know a lot of people from Cody.
