I lost fifty pounds in 8 months, from 200 to 150. I was stable for a year. Since late January, gained 6, lost 2, now gained 8. Have had virtually no carbs for weeks except those trace carbs in onions, low carb ice cream (up to 8 a day). Increased excercise from 2 to 3 times a week for 1.5 hours tennis. Just had thyroid check--normal. What may be the problem? How to solve. Thanks

I don't know how to answer your questions but I'm positive there are others here that can! Look in the health section and tell them your problem! Or just keep reading and you might just come across the answer you need! Anyway..... WELCOME linneachri we are so glad you joined!
