hello there,i just wanted to introduce myself.
i´m barbara from austria, vienna(europe).
i´m on atkins since february this year and lost 20 pounds
i have to say that i am very excited about this page and the people here, it´s sooo supporting.
ok thats all for now,and please don´t mind my english, i know it´s sometimes kinda wierd :D
