Just thought I'd introduce myself. Currently weighing in at 190. Been dieting on/off for a month. Lost about 15 lbs so far on that. Going to try this low-carb diet. My goal is 165 by my birthday, May 31st! Im new to this LC diet. Anyone have any good tips?

My tip is eating many times, small amounts. That keeps me from ever feeling hungry and over eating.
