My name is Karla and I just started a low carb diet. I am really looking forward to getting some of your advice and hearing your success stories. The reason I am on a diet is because in about 2 months me and my friends are going on a vacation to the BEACH!! As you can see from my picture I need to take off some pounds before our vacation so that I won't be afraid to wear a bathing suit and will feel comfortable. Well if anyone has some advice let me know. :D
