I am new to this forum and am beginning a low carb
program. I sure need some help staying on target.
I'm on a medically supervised low-carb plan that is
similar to Atkins.
Visiting the forum is going to help tremendously. I
am a retired school librarian. I live in a 24 hour town-Las Vegas, NV
Now there is a lot of time on my hands and I don't wish to spend it
filling my face with goodies. :)
