I am a Celiac who has been 98 percent gluten free. But the carbs from rice and corn products were causing problems with my digestion. I have been on forums with other celiacs and on the SCD forum, but still not happy! I found the Low Carb Gourmet yesterday and am so excited to try it out. I can adjust most recipes to make them GF. Anyone else celiac?

Welcome Jenny! My father has celiac. I've noticed a lot more gluten free products available - more than when he was diagnosed 20 years ago. I'm sure you'll find lost of support and encouragement here in the forum!
