Hello,
I am new to this board, well, I've never joined a board before. My doctor told me last year that I had PCOS and that I was insulin resistant. I didn't really take it to heart. This year, I go back to have my yearly exam and I've gained another 11 pounds. She really got onto me about the insulin resistance thing, so I've been watching all my carbs. Does anybody else have this and have any suggestions?
