Hello

I just fancied a snack, and remembered, that some of you have a teaspoon of Peanut Butter sometimes.
I checked the ingredients and it contains sugar (brown cane sugar). Carbs are 1.24g per teaspoon, 0.7g from sugar, 0.5 from starch. That means I could have 2 teaspoons. Is this ok ???
I am worried as all the carbs are from refined sugar and starch.

uhmm I say you buy the organic peanut butter, its pure peanut, nothing else. other comercial ones contain sugar, hydrolyzed oil, and high salt. ;)

aehh, I actually don't buy Peanut Butter. It's from my boyfriend. Anyway, I took the safe option and stuck to 1 Teaspoon. Made me feel better. Maybe I can get him to buy Organic next time ? Doubt it... :D
Thanks anyway (why do they have to put sugar into everything ?? )
