I have been trying to add the splenda packets to my custom food entries and having issues with how to add the maltodextrin, dextrose and sucralose since the measurements of these ingredients are not listed. It says basically that there is no calories, no carbs, no sodium, no protein.. but we are told to count splenda packets as one carb each arent we? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to count it as one gram of carb, you just need to account for the calories in that 1 gram of carbs. So you can put 4 calories, 1 gram of carb, and the rest as zero's.

Or, you can leav the calories and carbs as zero, and enter 1 gram as a custom carb count (PECC).
