Hi

In the last threee days or so I have started to get quite bad stomach cramps (almost like bad indegestion)

Does anyone know what might cause this. Is there a particular supplement that would assist with this?

I take magnesium and calcium supplements at the moment

Lesley, it's hard to comment if we don't know what you've been eating. Also, are you on any medications?

Thanks Nat

Typically I eat:

Breakfast:
3 strips bacon and 2 eggs, or
3 egg omelet/scrambled eggs, or
diet jelly and cream :D

snack
cheese or salami stick or celery with cream cheese/peanut butter

Lunch
Chicken salad, or
salmon salad, or
caesar salad, or
left over dinner

Dinner
meat of some sort and veges
spinach and feta omelet (a favourite!)

plus heaps of water (about 2.5 lites per day)
I take calcium and magnesium supps.

lesley, you could have an intollerance to something you're eating. Are any of the foods new?

I found reference to something that might help (a supplement), but I'd prefer to wait and see what other advice you get before recommending it. I'd also like to do a bit of searching on my own about this stuff too ;)

Do you take the cal/mag with your food?

Generally take them before I go to work, then have brekkie at work.

maybe it is un-LC related?
