Hi i am new to this diet and not good in eating non-veg.I can eat onlyu chicken,eggs and salads.is this enough for this diet,please let me know.

I am on southbeach and its similar..Have you read the atkins book or went online? They will let you know what foods you are to eat..Good luck..
