[FONT=Tahoma]*waves to all* I started LC a on the 16th of jaunary and i feel really good. I woke up feeling refreshed!! That has not happened in a long time! I am excited to find such a active board. I plan to use this board as my support system. I do not have any friends that are currently LCing.
My main objective is weight loss...and a healthier life! i would love to lose the hyperglycemia too! so far so good.
