Hi from South Georgia!
I'm new here, have been studying and beginning low-carbbing for about a week.
I feel so good about this because I eat not-so-healthy wonderful southern cooking! Am waiting on a cauliflower to experiment with as I write this!
Looks like a great forum. My goal is to lost 30# by the 4th of July.
