Hi everyone,
I am starting back today. I weigh 180 and hoping to lose 45 pounds in 05.
I know pretty much what to do. I have been on it before. I am on clean induction and doing well, so far. One day at a time. I want to get into a nice swimsuit by July. We have a pool and have pool parties.
