Hey everyone! After an 8 month "vacation," I'm back to Atkins. Last spring I lost about 12 lbs. in just a few weeks doing Atkins, and I can't wait to do it again. Unfortunately, this fall I went back to my carb-crazy ways and gained it back... but now I'm ready to make the change. This is the first time I've joined a low-carb site, and I'm kinda shy, so I don't know how much I'll post at first. But I'm really glad I found this place, it looks like it's gonna be really supportive! :p
