Hi, I have been reading along to see if anyone else has seem to have this problem........without making myself sound too nieve but I have difficulties reading and understanding sometimes. I have started to read both South Beach and Atkins. Maybe I dont have a hold of the right books but I am not understanding how to fully read how many carbs are on the label. I understand when it doesnt have a % sign but when it does I am not sure if it means per serving or per so many ml..

Pls forgive my ignorance. :)

The carb count is useally "Per Serving"
Sample, carbs 20 gr, then below if there is fibre, say 3grs. subract that amount, then the net Carb on that product is 17 gr per serving.
Don't worry about the % read the grams.

Hope this helps.
