I think I ate too many yesterday. I am not losing any weight after 6 days and I have been eating 20 carbs a day or less. Any suggestions?
Could I be getting too many calories? Too much fat? Too much protein?
Does TOM have anything to do with ketosis?
Thank you :help:

I don't think you're supposed to have nuts on Induction. They have fat and some carbs. You don't have a whole lot of weight to lose so you might not notice a difference right away vs. those who have a lot of weight to lose. Keep at it, you WILL see a difference eventually, weight loss rate varies hugely according to the individual. And make sure you drink lots and LOTS of water.
Take care!
Anne
