Hello everyone
I noticed on the back of honey nut cherios.. It says Carbs 22g, Dietary Fiber 3grams... Soluble Fiber 1g.. and other carb 18 grams. What is Soluble Fiber and other carbs.. Do you subtract those .. If that is the case then you can eat cherios right??? It just doesnt sound right..

You would only subtract the fiber, so it would be 19 net carbs.

there are other cereals out there that are a LOT lower carb and better for you. Depending on where you are in the program, that is. If you've recently started Atkins don't even think about having any kind of cereal/grain at this point.
