Hello everyone. I have been on Atkins before and have just rallied myself to have another go. I know it works but have trouble staying with it sometimes. I have enjoyed looking around this site and look forward to giving and receiving much needed support! I will post a before pic as soon as I resize one :)

I too have had a hard time staying with it even though I know that it works. But with the support and all the good advise, I know I can stick with it this time.
