Hi, I'm Chris.

Just found this board and am excited about it.

Hope to share many recipes and comments in time to come.

I've done low-Carb (atkins) for 10 months now and have reached my goal weight. Lost around 70 lbs.

I love this WOE and plan to make it a lifetime process.

Also, I think it is great that you are a member of SAHD!! I often wish I could be to my 3 yo and 7 yo. . . .

I know of at least 3 guys here in my home town who stay at home and they are loving it!!
