Hello, I've been doing Atkins for almost a month now, I've lost 12lbs, and feel great, except I'm really getting bored with the food choices, I need some variety, have any suggestions?

I always liked blackberries, raspberries, and almonds. Those are allowed after induction and are pretty low carb. Also, artichokes w/ butter and garlic. They are a bit higher carb but well within Atkins limits for OWL. LC taco salad is another favorite as well as hot chicken wings w/ ranch.

What are you eating now? That would help us give you new suggestions.

Yes, check everything. I think that I have tons of choices. As-a-matter-of-fact, I have sooo many choices that if I am not careful I will gain weight.
