Morning, all!

Though not a newbie, I do have a newbie question.......

Is there any way to have a post (of your own) deleted? I know it can be edited, but what if you want to completely delete a post? Can it be done?

Hi there,

You can use the "report post" button http://forum.lowcarber.org/images/buttons/report.gif to bring the attention of the post you wish removed to the moderators. :)

Edited to add: Members cannot delete their own posts. You can edit posts in your journal indefinitely, and posts in the general part of the board for a short time after posting.
