Hi everyone, just wanted to poke my nose in and see if I can learn anything from the LC "vets" around here. I started LCing about 4 years ago when I was introduced to Herbalife, I had VERY good success with it, but the supplements were so expensive and after some hardship with switching to a new job, I couldn't afford to keep it up, and fell off the wagon. I'm now living in another state and my girlfriend and I started LCing together back in September. Both of us have already lost about 12 lbs with just changing the way we eat, and we hope to lose some more by Christmas so when I go see my family there's a huge WOW! factor :D Anyway, I hope to learn a lot while I'm here, and who knows, maybe I can even offer some of my own advice!
