Just started on South Beach. I felt weird for the first three days, but now I am sleeping great and loving it. I have lost 8 pounds already and just feel healthier. I want to lose about 30 more pounds. I like to cookm but eat out a lot, so anyone who knows what to eat at certain restaurants, let me know!

First, welcome to the forums. Secondly...when eating out there are actually many choices. Stay away from gravies and foods saute'd in sauces that you know must contain sugars and flours. Stick with meats and follow your plan. Soon you will be able to navigate any menu at any restaurant :)
