Hello,
I've been on the "South Beach Diet" which isn't way low carb but is also pretty strict as far as carb intake goes. I started out at 125 and lost 25 pounds. I recently gained 10 pounds back. I really would like to lose 15 pounds now. I have been eating so much and i have no idea why. I thought i could come here for a bit of support and info.,,

How tall are you? Maybe your body is more comfortable at 110 pounds. And of course age plays a role as well. Sorry I am not of any help.
