Hi, I'm Kristy. I'm new to this site. I've got insulin resistance and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and very disordered eating, so I've got a lot of work to do for myself and my health. I'm kinda doing my own thing, but closely mimicking the protocol of the Schwarzbein Principle. I have yet to wean myself from caffeine...can't say that I really want to... :)
