hello all! my name is Amanda and I have returned to the world of low carbing. I had been on the Atkins diet and lost 20 pounds. My weight loss stopped after that and I gave up. now after researching I found out that it was all the treats I was giving myself, such as low carb candy, ice cream, etc. etc. After gaininig back the entire 20 lbs I have decided today to start again. And that is how I found you guys. This place is great! Well thats all I have to say!
