Hugs all- I need to loose weight to aid my Rhuematoid Arthritis- I gained it from the steroids for the RA- after 2 yrs of no flares that I can't manage they agreed to let me go off it in July. I was in a car accident and ended up with Fibromyalgia- so exercise is limited to stretching, walking and light weights. I look forward to getting to know others in the same boat-undefined :wave:
