Accept this way of eating as a permanent way of eating. Don't make a diet out of low carb by eating the meal replacement bars or shakes. Enjoy real foods and discover revamped ways of eating your favorite foods. For example, mashed cauliflower is a great substitue for mashed potatoes. I make real fried chicken made with soy flour breading. My favorite low carb comfort meal is fried chicken with mashed cauliflower and turnip greens. I still make real potatoes for my family. In other words...keep it real.
