I would like to say hello to everyone.This is my fourth week on ANA.During the first two and a half weeks,I lost 13 lbs.For the last week and a half,my weight hasn't budged.I have double checked carb intake,have moved to exercising twice a day,and everything else I can think of.Having read some of the past posts,I wonder if my problem is not eating enough.I usually eat 1000 cal. or less per day and this is by gorging myself.I do 30 to 70 min. on an elliptical trainer 6 days a week and weight training 5 days.Can anyone help me get on track?I am beginning to get very discouraged. 13 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot:) Be happy..you got it all up front:)

Keep on working and and soon things will move again:)
