Ok, here I am looking for support. I was doing pretty good on the Southbeach Diet but have since "fallen off the wagon". I didn't gain all of the weight back but I'm really out of control with the icecream. BAD! Also..I'm one of those late night snacker's. BAD! Any advice is welcome. :help:

a lot of us have fallen off and had to restart again, i know i have. live and learn i say.
at least you haven't gained all your weight back, good for you.
if i had any advice it would be to start the phase 1 of south beach again (to get you back on track)

these inductions or(phase one of south beach) can really set the stage for you to stay in a healthier way of eating & seem to break the cycle of cravings.
