Just saw this site tonight and decided to see if I could get some help in Weight loss journey. Have been scanning WW board but finding the site one of constant belittling others who are new and asking questions.

I'm 58 and a diabetic on pump. Watching carbs is a must as I dose my insulin by a carb/insulin ration. Looking forward to meeting you all. Connie
