I started Atkins while on vacation in July. I have had great success so far. I find that I am ready to start cooking low carb meals now that summer is over and the routine of everyday life is in full swing once school begins for my daughter. I am always looking for great recipe ideas! I do enjoy a cookie now and then ans would love some recipes. I do not find the Tkins pancake mix very good so a pancake mix would be nice...one for a low carb syrup too :yum:
