Hi!
I'm NY Nan from upstate NY.

I've been on Atkins since April and I've lost 18.5 lbs.
I'm almost to my goal weight. But I may change that to be a tad lower. We'll see.

Anyway, I wanted to say "Hi!". I just found this site today while doing a recipe search and this looks like a great place to hang out and learn some new things.

Congratulations on your success so far. :)
My Atkins story doesn't really have to do with weight but I have lost weight through eating this way. I started Atkins originally just to see what it was all about and lost some troublesome symptoms along the way so I'm sticking with it.
I'm from northern NY. Where about's are you?

Drat, it seems like everyone I meet from NY is from downstate. It is SO funny to me that people call that area UPstate. :)
I'm about five hours north of you. I'm a half hour from the Canadian border and two hours from Vermont.

Yeah. Guess it depends on where you are, geographically.

People from NYC think Westchester is upstate NY! LOL

Oh well. Maybe we can't meet for coffee, but we can still hang out together here!

Do you exercise? Drink water? Did you do induction with no cheat?

I'm an October baby and a twin.
