Hi everyone-

My name is Cymbaline and I'm from Austin, Texas. Anyone here from here?

Anyways, this is the first time I've ever tried this diet and I'm hoping it will work for me.

I'm learning as I go and have tons of questions and I'll try to find answers to them before bombarding everyone with them.

I'm 6ft tall (tall for a girl) and weigh in at 215 pounds right now. I've actually lost 5 pounds once I decided to try and lose weight but I'm stuck there.

Wish me luck please because I'm going to need it.
