Hello all! I plan to start Atkins for the second time sometime around the middle of next week. I am nervous and want to make sure I'm truly committed before I do this again. I want and NEED to be successful with it. I'm having trouble getting my mind around the fact that this has to be a permanent change. It's not diet - It's a life change. Will stay in touch and look forward to finding support and encouragement here.
