Hello all,
I'm not really a fan of this kind of thing, however, I think it would be a great way to keep track of my progress, so I'm giving it a try. Today is my first day.
I have already started my workout today but was side tracked trying to find out how many calories I had burned when I came upon this site. Now I have to finish. I am mostly interested in the exercise journal, however I am eating low carb too.
If you ask me, losing weight is impossible! I've tried so many things but I keep hoping. My husband has created a data base of all the foods we eat with the carb counts and the calories so we can track our progress. (He's a big guy too). Hopefully, in counting carbs and calories, I can break through my ceilings. I see others have, it must be possible.
