I started the Southbeach diet on Sunday, and had a headache when I woke up Monday. Headache lessened, but then on Tuesday my nose started running. Is this part of the detox?

Headache is a totally common effect that LCing has on people. Haven't heard of a running nose though. Mine's always running, itching anyways LC or not. Hope you find out.

Way to go losing 5lbs.
