Hi all,
Though I might join you.

This is my second or third time low-carbing. (Fell off the wagon previously)

I`m into my second week, lost 12 lbs.

I have a LOT of weight to loose, so am looking forward to all the helpful suggestions & Support. :wave:

Welcome to the boards! You'll find alot of helpful and fun people here. :) Congrats on your weight loss so far!! I'm sure if you stick to it, those pounds will just melt off. Have you considered starting a journal? It's a great way to meet new people and make friends here :)
