Good morning all,
I am in day 4 of Induction and according to FitDay, I am consuming an average of fewer than 900 calories a day. I know that I am burning a few by a light morning workout and running after 3 and 4 year old daughters all day.
I am concerned that this isn't very healthy. Like i've said before, my diet has always been vegetable-centered. I am not a big cheese-eater, and am looking for other higher calorie, palatable things. Can anyone help me with this? thank you so much,
