Hello I am Heather! I am 28 mother of kids. I am starting the South Beach diet. I have read alot about it and I am going to give it a try. My goal is to drop over 50 pounds. And I know it is not going to happen over night. But I have to do this and I can do. I hope to make some friends. Get advice as well as give some.
